This document contains the Terms and Conditions "TC" of the website www.qanttic.com (hereinafter the "Site") of S.I.M Consultores S.A.S, a Colombian company domiciled in Medellín and registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín, Colombia.

I. Site Access, Registration and Use

The Site may be accessed whenever an internet connection is available. The Site is designed for people interested in topics related to technology, ERPs, CRMs, accounting, business software and related subjects to stay informed.

The site will only require completing registration forms with all valid data fields when the user is interested in receiving, downloading or consulting information available on the site. Data collected through such forms will be handled under the data protection policies.

If the User does not agree with the TC, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Site. To register, the person must complete the registration form and accept the TC (the "User"). By accessing, browsing or using the Site, the User acknowledges having read and fully accepted the TC and agrees to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable regulations.

Use of the Site in violation of these provisions will give rise to corresponding legal actions. Additionally, S.I.M Consultores may suspend, exclude, block and/or cancel the User's registration.

Once the User accesses the Site, they may freely browse its contents and information. S.I.M Consultores is not responsible for, does not control and cannot control information freely published within the Site's contents.

II. Site Description

The Site is a portal of specialized content and information. By accessing, browsing or using the Site, the User acknowledges having read and fully accepted the TC and accordingly agrees to be bound by them and to comply with applicable regulations. Use in violation of these provisions will give rise to corresponding civil and criminal actions.

III. Copyright

All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual and design material, as well as all content, texts, databases and other materials made available on the Site, are the exclusive property of S.I.M Consultores, and in some cases of third parties who have authorized S.I.M Consultores to use them on the Site.

All content uploaded to the Site is protected by Copyright laws and other applicable national and international regulations. Except as expressly stipulated in these TC, all copying is prohibited.

IV. Linking, Deeplinking and Framing

S.I.M Consultores prohibits the use of its names, logos, trademarks and any other distinctive signs as hyperlinks directing to websites whose URL differs from the Site, unless such linking has been previously approved by S.I.M Consultores in writing. Establishing links to subdirectories within the URL from pages not controlled by S.I.M Consultores (Deeplinking) is prohibited. Displaying, using, exhibiting, copying or otherwise reproducing the Site or any of its subdirectories and pages on sites not controlled by S.I.M Consultores (Framing) is expressly prohibited.

VI. User Responsibilities for Use and Content

Users are prohibited from carrying out any activity that harms S.I.M Consultores or third parties. Use of the Portal for illegal, unauthorized or prohibited purposes is strictly forbidden. Without this being considered an exhaustive or limiting list, the following is prohibited:

• Any violation of third-party rights regarding privacy, honor, personal image, reputation, confidentiality of communications, intellectual and industrial property or personal data protection.
• Introducing any type of computer virus, defective files or any other software or computer program that could cause damage or unauthorized alterations.
• Fraudulently altering or interfering with other Users' personal web pages or emails without proper authorization.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to services or content, other accounts, computer systems or connected networks.
• Carrying out any activity on the Site that involves transmitting any harmful, damaging or unsolicited computer program.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site, its servers or networks connected to the Site.

VII. Limitation of Liability

• Users acknowledge that S.I.M Consultores assumes no liability, whether direct or indirect, foreseen or unforeseen, for any type of damages resulting from misuse of the Site.
• Users expressly accept that S.I.M Consultores shall not be liable for damages caused by failure or any discontinuity of the Site.
• Users acknowledge and accept that S.I.M Consultores shall not be responsible for services or third parties that may provide links from the Site.
• S.I.M Consultores may use various means to identify Users but is not responsible for the accuracy of Personal Data provided by them.

VIII. Final Provisions

• Severability: If one or more provisions contained in these TC are deemed null, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Colombia.
• Validity and Review: The TC are subject to change without prior notice at any time, at the sole discretion of S.I.M Consultores. From the date of publication of any modification, all information and/or queries made by the User shall be governed by the modified document.
